These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as General Conditions) regulate the purchase of Products, carried out at a distance, via telematic network, from the site https://www.lenipsor.it (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

Seller
The e-commerce Site https://www.lenipsor.it is owned by iDelivery iSrl. All products on the site can be of two types: products existing in our warehouses and products recovered from third party suppliers.
All purchases of products made through the Site by users who access it (hereinafter, the Customers) are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) and the Italian rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003). With the conclusion of the Purchase Contract, according to the procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions.
The Customer must carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before making any purchase transaction.
The General Conditions of Sale are available to customers so that they can reproduce and store them in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 70/2003. These general conditions may be modified, at any time and without notice. To every single contract the General Conditions published on the Site will be applied at the moment of the sending of the purchase order itself by the Customer who will therefore be able to save a copy or keep the order confirmation email in which the conditions are attached.
The customer can purchase the Products present in the electronic catalog of iDelivery iSrl, illustrated on the Website within the respective sections by product category and described in the relevant information sheets contained in the Website, respecting the technical procedures of access that are illustrated in this document.
The customer can proceed to the registration, optional, on the Website by entering his personal details and following the instructions provided by the registration program; he will also have to fill in and send to iDelivery iSrl the order form in the electronic format available on the Website, following the instructions reported in this Document. Purchase orders must be filled in exactly in all their parts.
If the customer does not want to register on the site may, in any case, complete the purchase process but will not be able to check the progress of his orders (will still receive a tracking) and take advantage of discounts and promotions. The customer must enter the selected products in the "Shopping Cart" and, after choosing between the shipping options and accepting the contribution of delivery costs, can proceed to purchase.

Products
https://www.lenipsor.it (from now on "Site") is an e-commerce site owned by iDelivery iSrl. This e-commerce site sells cosmetics and body care products branded iDelivery iSrl.
All products offered are illustrated in detail on the site, within their respective sections, divided into product categories in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code. The visual representation of the Products on the Website, where available, has an indicative value and normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves and has the purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee of commitment, by iDelivery iSrl, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Website with the real product with particular attention to its real size and / or color aspects of the Products and / or packaging. In case of difference between the image and the above written product sheet, the description of the product sheet shall always prevail.
In order to meet the needs of the customer, including timely order processing, according to the policies of the shipments of which you can see in the dedicated page, the products could be shipped from other suppliers and other sources (warehouses and / or websites) without surcharges to the customer.

Prices
All product prices are clearly indicated on the Site in accordance with art. 13 and ss of the Consumer Code and are inclusive of VAT applicable on the day of purchase. 
Delivery costs are adequately highlighted at the time of the order in the final stage of purchase. Shipping costs and any additional charges, if any, although not included in the purchase price, will be indicated and calculated in the purchase procedure before the order is placed by the customer and also contained in the web page summary of the order placed. 
Once generated the order, the system will automatically create the order and we will manage its order in about 1-2 working days. The delivery will be entrusted to the courier and delivery times are around 2 to 4 working days. Any complaint must be addressed to: in writing otherwise by e-mail to assistenzaclienti@lenipsor.com. 
For any problem or anomaly encountered, before embarking on the path of complaint, we invite the customer to contact the staff of the site through the appropriate section on the website. 
Refunds will be made as indicated in the paragraph "Shop information". 
Shipments will be handled as indicated in the paragraph "Information on shipments".

Guarantees
In case of lack of conformity, or delivery of goods that have defects or flaws or is different from that provided for in the contract of sale, ie not suitable for the use to which it usually serves a good of the same type, different from the description published on the site or does not show the qualities promised, it applies what is provided for in the field of Legal Warranty Articles. 128 and following of Legislative Decree no. 205/2006 (Consumer Code). 
Are excluded from the scope of application of the legal guarantee any failures or malfunctions caused by accidental events or by the responsibility of the customer or by a use of the product does not conform to its intended use and / or as provided on the label or in any documentation attached to the products. 
According to the current legislation for the protection of consumers Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer who for whatever reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to terminate the contract and return the products ordered already delivered, without penalty and without specifying the reason. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer, under penalty of forfeiture, within fourteen days of receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the time specified above, a written notice by e-mail at assistenzaclienti@lenipsor.com.

Rights and intellectual property
It is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the e-commerce website https://www.lenipsor.it, for which they also hold the rights of use. Access to the e-commerce website https://www.lenipsor.it does not confer any rights relating to intellectual property rights relating to the site, which remains the exclusive property of iDelivery iSrl. 
All trademarks (registered or not), as well as any and every work of genius, distinctive sign or name, image, photograph, written or graphic text and more generally any other intangible asset protected by the laws and international conventions on intellectual property and industrial property, reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of iDelivery iSrl, of its assignees, without that from the access to the Site and/or from the stipulation of the Purchase Agreements derives to the Customer any right on the same.

Final notes
iDelivery iSrl sells quality products. Given this, take note of the following:
- Make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in the products before application;
- iDelivery iSrl cannot be held responsible for any reactions to the ingredients of the products sold;
- None of our products should be used as a substitute for medical care or clinical treatment;
