Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days.
If more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange of the purchased product with another product.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging intact.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any product not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be refunded. 
Shipping costs are not subject to refund. 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item.
We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request and, if it is successful, arrange a refund.

Replacements
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged in transit.
For a replacement with the same item, please email us at assistenzaclienti@lenipsor.com.

Return shipment
To return the product, you must send it to: 
iDelivery iSrl, Via Eremo al Santuario n.75, 89124 Reggio Calabria (RC).
Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The original shipping costs are not refundable.
In the event of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier, we will not be able to refund you.
