Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Express Courier to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping is free of charge for orders of €70 or more, while the shipping fee is €7.00 for orders between €1.00 and €69.99.

The customer will receive a tracking code by e-mail on the evening of the day of dispatch. With this code, you will be updated on the status of your shipment step by step.

Order preparation times 
All orders received by 11.30 am, Monday to Friday, are prepared and delivered to the express courier by the next working day. All orders received after 11.30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are prepared and delivered to the courier service after two days (excluding Saturday). For example, an order received on Tuesday afternoon is delivered to the courier on Thursday.

Delivery times for orders 
The express courier takes 48 hours for delivery throughout Italy except for the regions of Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected in 72 hours. 
Given the current health situation, delivery times could be extended by 24-48 hours. Please note that all deliveries do NOT require a signature from the recipient, to ensure greater security.
